Buildertrend

All aspects of each and every JN Construction job are cared for through the industry-leading construction software called Buildertrend.

Buildertrend allows customers to view the progress of their project directly from their computer or cell phone. Daily logs and photo updates are consistently available to help keep the communication between customers and their builder flowing smoothly. Project communication can happen right through the portal, along with change orders, payments, warranty information, and many other aspects of the construction process.

At the beginning of your project you should have been given the opportunity to register for your free Buildertrend account. If you weren’t able to register or are having trouble with your account, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@jnconstructionohio.com or simply call our office, and we’ll gladly assist you.
